Deutscher Käsekuchen
Ingredients

Crust:
1 cup flour
2/3 stick unsalt. butter
1 TB sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder

Filling:
32 oz Ricotta
16 oz. sour cream

a)
1/3 stick unsalted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp rum aroma
grated peel of one lemon
3 Tb cornstarch
5 eggyolks

b)
5 egg whites , beaten stiffly
2 Tb cornstarch
1 Tb sugar

Cooking Instructions

Crust:
♥ mix and press into springform

Filling:
♥ mix well in large bowl

a)
♥ mix well in sep. bowl

b)
Beat eggwhites carefully and add to cheese mixture

♥ Pour into crust and bake at 325 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
